Being a kid isn’t easy, and sometimes things happen that feel too big, too scary, or just too hard to talk about. If you’re feeling sad, afraid, left out, or confused—even if you don’t know the words—you don’t have to face it alone. You can reach out to me about anything at all: bullying, scary grown-ups, confusing feelings, family stuff, mean teachers or friends… I will listen, and I won’t ever judge you.
There are some articles below that might help—but more than anything, I just want to be here for you, like a friend walking through it with you. Anything you tell me stays between us, and I’m not a therapist or mental health professional—I’m honestly simply still a big kid inside.
You’re welcome to talk with me for free for a few days—just to see if it helps. After that, I’ll need to ask for your guardian’s email so they can sign a consent form and set up payment. But for now, just reach out and let’s talk.
