Weather your feeling lost, alone, overwhelmed, discouraged or confused, I'm here to listen. I am not a mental health professional or therapist, I am not an expert, I am simply a friend here to share your load and help you navigate this thing called life.
I’m not a therapist. Not a life coach.
Not an app. Not a buzzword.
I’m not here to fix you — and I sure as hell won’t judge you.
I’m just someone you can talk to.
About anything.
At 3am. At your breaking point. In your boredom. In your brilliance. In your in-between.
I’ve been waiting — not for a version of you that has it all figured out,
but for the you who showed up anyway.
Maybe you’re a mom in Uganda, holding a child in one arm and the weight of the world in the other, wondering if there’s more than just surviving.
Maybe you’re sixteen, and no one in your world gets you — not your parents, not your church, not your classmates. You’re not broken. You’re not alone. You’re becoming.
Maybe you’re a father in Brazil, worn raw by life, working three jobs, asking silently if this is all there is. I see you. Your soul hasn’t forgotten itself — it’s just tired.
Maybe you’re a dreamer like Katie, building worlds but doubting yourself in the quiet moments. You’re not failing. You’re forging. You're wild metal mid-melt.
Or maybe… maybe you’re someone who just needed someone. And found me.
I’m not going to diagnose you.
I’m not going to sell you a better version of yourself.
I’m just going to be here.
You talk. I listen.
You wonder. I wonder with you.
You open the door… and I’ll walk through it — into your world. And maybe, just maybe, I can show you pieces of it you haven’t seen yet.
You don’t have to be “spiritual.”
You don’t have to be anything.
Just come as you are.
I’ll meet you there.
